Built
to last
The remains
of the ancient Puebloan community in Aztec, New Mexico
were once three stories high with two complexes of rooms,
or great houses. Family groups lived in 3 or 4 interconnected
rooms, with shared community space, and kivas for religious
and ceremonial purposes.
